Best regards, Dafu Wong 发过邮件,如果客户没回,不要泄气,第二天直接打电话骚扰。打到前台,转到采购经理那,跟他聊。聊的内容,呵呵,写几个参考: 1)是否收到我的邮件?确认邮箱。 2)谈谈他们对货物的具体需求:质量、价格还有用途方面有没有什么特殊要求? 3)谈谈自己对当地市场的看法,介绍自己有哪些产品可以在配合客户的销售,成为BESTSELLER? 顺便根客户了解一下当地是市场情况,验证自己之前的判断是否准确? 总之目的两个,获得直接联系人的联系方式,和让客户知道有自己这么个人。 说一下我的粘人功,自小修炼到如今 接到客户询盘,我针对性的回复以后客户直接忽视我的存在,没有理我,那我会在之后的两天里给客户一份认真的报价; 如果还不理我,我就接着在发信或者打电话骚扰,我会继续跟客户确认产品信息,是否有什么问题?是价格的问题?还是别的? 如果还不回信,我再次骚扰,直接问是什么原因不回我呢?是不是已经选择了别的家?别家价格低么?你为什么不选择我的呢? 反正是真诚请教。 如果客户依然不回,我会做一个最简单的yes or no 的questionair 大致是: 1)你们是不是经营XXX产品 2)你们是不是进口XXX产品呢? 3)你们是不是从中国进口呢? 4)如果不是,那通常是从哪个国家进口呢? 5)为什么不从中国进口呢?价格?质量?交期 |
